PNC/KHSAA Scholarship Applications now available

From the KHSAA Website:

PNC Foundation will award 32 one-time $1,000 scholarships, with one boy and one girl from each basketball region selected as the winner. This scholarship award is open to any senior student-athlete in Kentucky that participates in any KHSAA sanctioned sport (including cheer and bowling). Scholarships will be based on excellence in three areas -- Academic Achievement, Leadership at school and Community Service.

To apply, complete the form, include a school photo and letters of reference and mail it to the KHSAA, Attn: Butch Cope, 2280 Executive Drive, Lexington, KY 40505. Applications must be received by the KHSAA by Friday, Feb. 24, 2012. If you do not include all requested information, your application will not be considered.

Winners will be notified by mail in early March.
